Judicial review of Recovery Strategy for the Greater Sage-Grouse in Canada posted by Minister of Environment under Species at Risk Act (SARA), S.C. 2002, c. 29—SARA, s. 41(1)(c) requiring Minister identify in recovery strategy document as much critical habitat as it is possible to identify at that time, even if all of it cannot be identified, based on best available information—Minister’s decision no critical habitat could be identified unreasonable, made without regard to material before Minister—While best available information may change over time, identification of critical habitat cannot be postponed for that reason—Application allowed.
