FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL

Canada (Attorney General) v. Canada (Canadian Human Rights Commission), T-1734-11, 2013 FC 520, has been affirmed on appeal (A-214-13, 2014 FCA 131), reasons for judgment handed down May 20, 2014.

Canada (Attorney General) v. Johnstone, T-1418-10, 2013 FC 113, has been reversed in part on appeal (A-89-13, 2014 FCA 110), reasons for judgment handed down May 2, 2014. Both decisions will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.

Kanthasamy v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), IMM-7326-12, 2013 FC 802, has been affirmed on appeal (A-272-13, 2014 FCA 113), reasons for judgment handed down May 2, 2014. Both decisions will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.

Kinsel v. Canada (Citizenship and Immigration), T-1958-11, 2012 FC 1515, has been affirmed on appeal (A-35-13, 2014 FCA 126), reasons for judgment handed down May 14, 2014. Both decisions will be published in the Federal Courts Reports.

SUPREME COURT OF CANADA

Canada (Attorney General) v. Canadian National Railway Company, A-438-11, A-440-11, 2012 FCA 278, has been affirmed on appeal (2014 SCC 40). The reasons for judgment, handed down May 23, 2014, will be published in the Supreme Court Reports.

Harkat (Re), 2012 FCA 122, [2012] 3 F.C.R. 635, has been reversed in part on appeal (2014 SCC 37). The reasons for judgment, handed down May 14, 2014, will be published in the Supreme Court Reports.

National Gallery of Canada v. Canadian Artists’ Repre­sentation, A-84-12, 2013 FCA 64, has been reversed on appeal (2014 SCC 42). The reasons for judgment, which were delivered on June 12, 2014, will be published in the Supreme Court Reports.
